Our sympathetically restored vintage horsebox offers a rustic getaway for a couple or small family. The Horsebox has a surrounding picket fence and seating and a fire pit for evening barbecues. On chilly nights you can light the indoor log burner.
It is situated in the meadow which also houses the Red Lorry, Blue Hut and the wildlife pond. The is ample parking alongside.
Inside, there is a comfortable double bed above the original cab accessed by wooden steps – Unfortunately, this means that the Horsebox is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
We include a microwave oven, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, and washing up facilities. Bed linen and tea towels are supplied.
The horsebox has its own private, inside flushing toilet – and the site’s main shower block, toilets and washing up facilities are within a short walk from the Horsebox when required.
